Ph.D. in Toxicology from the University of Kentucky.  Dr. Borges has an extensive background in the types of statistical applications used in the clinical laboratory and research toxicological analyses.  He has adapted analyses such as Bartlett’s, ANOVA, Scheffe’s, Dunnett’s, Fischer’s, Chi-Square, Cochran-Armitage, T-test and others to summary input spread-sheet applications for use by ORNL staff.  He is also proficient in statistical application packages such as NCSS.
