Current Activities
- Analysis of environmental issues related to conventional hydropower and marine and hydrokinetic energy technologies for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Wind and Hydropower Technologies Program
- Technical support to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the analysis of impacts of hydropower development on aquatic resources
- Technical support to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the area of reactor licensing and to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency related to the development of surface water nutrient criteria
- Advisor to Brazilian research organizations and the Mekong River Commission on fish passage issues at hydroelectric power plants
