Research Interests:
- Ecological genomics with an emphasis on scaling systems biology to plant adaptation mechanisms and ecological models.
- Systems biology analysis- applying network theory and genomic signature concepts to bridge transcriptome, enzyme activity, and metabolite data.
- Plant physiology- using gas exchange and chlorophyll-a fluorescence to investigate the effects of warming on photosynthesis.
