The QEN home page is maintained by Jonathan Adams, whose work is funded by the Lockheed-Martin Corporation in the form of a Eugene P. Wigner Fellowship. The homepage is also related to the work of INQUA Paleocarbon Commission (President; Hugues Faure, Vice-President; Andreij Velichko, Secretary; Jonathan Adams). The aim of the QEN page is to provide map information for biogeochemists, archaeologists, biogeographers and others with an interest in broadscale ecosystem changes on the timescale of the last 20,000 years. Other resources provided in relation to the Terrestrial Carbon Commission include a Quaternary ecosystem carbon storage database and the Newsletter of the INQUA Terrestrial Carbon Commission.
